Way of recruitment
The recruitment of the lost is quite simple in ways, all you really have to do is stand out and get noticed. Just standing there and asslicking the president or any other higher rank won't get you anywhere. Hang around with prospects and just patchee's is probably the best way as they're the people that'll get you into the club on regular terms. Doing some of these things can help you get noticed around with the members. These are the things that'll help you get sponsored.
Showing your toughness - It'll probably get the shit beat out of you but it can be a way to show how strong and head-fast you are to the patchee's. This could bestly be shown in participating in our fight clubs, walking up to anyone and just threatening them or just begin punching them will NOT work best.(Best work with prospects, doing it against patched members will most definatly result in an asskicking, but it depends on who you do it too.)
Showing your mechanic skills - This is probably the most passive ways of getting into the MC without getting injured in any way or form, again it only depends on who you're hanging with.
Participating in our weekly or monthly road trips - Also one of the many ways to get into the MC without getting your asskicked or what not.(Currently out of commision until we have an ACTIVE road captain which will probably not come until the next promotion - in 2 weeks)
Attending one of the parties that we host - Come on out, party, drink, get ass. Just partying with us and having fun with us is great, BUT this can also result in a fight as many of us are retards when we're drunk IC and sometime will just fight you for being there.
Hanging out with us - This does not include randomly driving into our biker formation but waiting until we stop and then introduce yourself to us, tell us where your from, your name...anything that is valuable enough for us to know.
Joining our races - From now and on we'll be hosting races on property OWN, which mean that they're legal. we'd be posting our ads telling people time and places of the race, they'll probably be held at the same place.
Congrats you've made it to the rank of prospect
Congratulations you're now a prospect and you shall now be treatied with the upmost respect, maybe even more than the president, WRONG.
Your struggle still continues to be accepted as you're now a prospect and have to do anything we ask, although you doing criminal activities is not asked of you it'll greatly improve your chances on being patched as we know you can do criminal activities without pressure. Refusal or utter disrespect to patchee's will result in immediate removal of your vest and would most likely end in your death(CK). Lets see some of your duties as a prospect of the club:
Defend the club honor - You've gotten you vest now don't disgrace it... that vest being club property allowing it to be burned, ripped or any other damage to it without there being a good fight then you better have a damn good explaination.
Gathering materials - Although it can be denied, it is thought of that you do help the club prosper by doing such illegal things for it. If you were to deny it then say it as nice as possible and have a damn good reason "I am not obligated to do illegal things" is NOT a good reason
Cleaning the clubhouse - Maintaining the clubhouse, helps us stay focus.
Respecting higher members - Not respecting higher members as stated above can lead to the removal of your vest and end in your death.(CK)
Doing anything we tell you - If I was to tell you to climb a tree then you'd get your ass on that tree and begin to climb it not matter what your fears, if I tell you do something you do it.
You've been patched, congratulations, You now have a HUGE responsibility on your back.
Well you're now a patch member congratulations, you've been through hell and have come back. Proven yourself to the club enough to become a patch, given these new responsibility you're to now put that CUT before GOD, if that patch get ripped. You're nothing more than an disgrace, your respect will be dropped to a all time low until you even TCOB of whoever have done it to your or you just leave because we're not going to be providing you with a new one.( NOT OOCly either!)
Some things you'll be doing while being a patched member:
Gathering materials - It'll help the clubs economy and why would you not wanna help the club
Joining a crew - Being a simple patch member doesn't provide you with enough task? Well the Lost MC has two crews at the moment that are accepting patch members.
Participate in club events - Road trips, brawls, wars, and etc. All is valuable in the time that they're happening and it is well appreciated if you participate in them when they come around.
Keeping prospects and hangarounds in check - We can't have them going around and starting shit, so keeping a good eye on them and teaching them right from wrong does a great duty.
Opportunities
The lost MC has a large string of opportunities when they come around. We currently have two crews running around Red County and Bone County, our ruthless enforcer crew and our material gathering crew. Both of these crews play important roles in the club and now you'll get alittle insight to what they do and when the do it.
Enforcers
These people are the spine and frontline of the club. Need a hit perform on someone without getting your own hands dirty? Call on them. Need someone beaten for the crimes? Call on them. If you ever need some sweet quality backup when going into an important meeting? Call on them. They're the special forces of the club, the navy seals of the club. They'll get the job done no matter the consequences but reason and money is the important questions they'll be asking. This group of men are specially train and only the best of the clubs shooters and the clubs brawlers are allowed into crew, that means handpick by their very own leader, Thundertits. SHe is the clubs most aggressive and respected members, yes she is a girl but she will kick your ass if the call is valuable and has reason. She is also the club first girl to be ever patched in and probably the first one to be patched in as a 1 percenter.
Material gathering
These people are the economy of the club, the first ever crew made in the MC. This crew is ran by the clubs very on Secretary Tommy G'. On certain occassions the members are called to get materails for the club at which the club will sell them and earn its money through them. This crew also collaborates with the clubs secretary B' who cares with the money of the club.
